If for some reason, you one day should crave some roast chicken with really crispy skin, you might want to swing by Chef Chan’s. The original chef is on hiatus, but I don’t see why one cannot drop by to eat some crispy roast chicken and admire the setting. I am not one for Chinese antiques in my house, but they are rather well put together in this restaurant.
In our view, only the chicken is really good; we had fish and vegetables as well, but they were a little below expectations.

Chef Chan is at the National Museum of Singapore (93 Stamford Road). Limited parking is available within the museum. Alternatively, you may want to park at YMCA (cheaper). Look out for signs leading to the restaurant, generally you should be heading towards outside, to the courtyard area for the stairs leading up to the restaurant.
